Cub Scouts is fun, but fun with a purpose. Cub Scouts camp, fish, hike and make new friends. All the while they learn and embrace Scouting's core values. For over 30 years Pack 131 has encourgaed the Scout's entire family to join the fun. In Pack 131 Scouts and their familes have fun while participating in Cub Scouts together. Beginning this school year we are excited to welcome both boy and girl Cub Scouts into our Pack.
Pack 131 is regularly recognized as a Journey to Excellence Gold Pack. This award recognizes the strength of the program and the leaders commtiment to delivering a great Cub Scout experience.
Scouts are organized into small groups of Scouts their own age called Dens. Boys participate in boy Dens, girls participate in girl Dens. There are Dens for Cub Scouts from Kindergarten (Lion) to 5th Grade (Arrow of Light).
The Pack is a collection of all the Dens. In addition to a monthly Pack Meeting, Scouts and their families have many opportunities to have fun as part of the Pack. Families can tailor their Cub Scout's Experience by choosing which activities to attend.
